I cannot open webpages. it says webpage not available

Please Help!! Every time I try to open a webpage it comes back as: Webpage unavailable.. I'm connected to internet, but it says something about page may have moved to a different or new address.. How do I find where my webpages are?

The site you are trying to reach is down or no longer exists.

So facebook and Medicare.gov are no longer functioning?
