Laptop can't play audio.

Hello, I recently purchased an ASUS laptop and since it arrived, it couldn't play audio. I checked the status of the sound card drivers - Intel(R) Display Audio and Realtek High Definition Audio, and they all say they are both functional and possess the latest updates. I'd appreciate any sort of advice. Thank you.

Did the volume of your laptop is on and high?
