If a column has a number entered into it, the second column needs to auto populate with corresponding text.

eg

column I: User enters "22"

column J: Autopopulates with "Ice cream"

There is almost thirty #s and corresponding descriptions. (They are located in another tab in the file, column with the #s & another column with the corresponding description.
