Realtek High Definition Audio doesn't work

Hello, my name is Zuri, and my computer is not letting the sound go through. I use Realtek High Definition Audio, but it doesn't work. I've looked at some of the previous conversations with others saying that they need to disable the property, but I don't know how to disable it. I really need you help. Try to update your Realtek High Definition Audio driver.
