Uninstall windows live messanger

Hello,

I have had over 200 virus on my computer, i go most of them of with spybot. I took it to the computer shop and they removed some and fix up my anit virus programs . But my friends are telling me that my messaner is still sending them messages from my address book it think. So i wan to try and uninstall windows live messnger and then install again. but wen i went unstall programs it uninstalled the other two parts of it but won't uninstall windows live essentials. Can you help me.
