Hi Thank you for allowing me to join this forum.
I am a senior in years and not very Y2K compliant so would appreciate any/all help and advice in order to solve my "problem".
My laptop circa 2007 is running XP. Only today I suddenly had the BSOD visit me. I cannot shut it down, and even when re-booting, the BSOD is all that appears. When I use cntrl/alt/delete the options I use are "shutdown or restar" and in every case the laptop does not respond. I am left staring at the BSOD! Please help!
