Acer aspire one

Hello, my computer will let me on to any other program except for my Microsoft progroms it keeps saying something about a product key but my computer is suppose to come with the product key

Maybe your windows is not genuine or the microsoft softwares you are trying to use... you should make a genuine check on microsoft.com
