I'm having trouble with logging into my dell laptop, it was working fine this morning but now it's saying the user profile service failed the login, user profile cannot be loaded can anyone offer me help please thank you

If you do not have important files on your laptop, I suggest you to recover your windows out of box.
Otherwise try to google: recover windows (your version) password.

Could you log in to Windows with a different account? Here is a fix to your issue:
