Hello,
you've formatted the drive with a format that only Macs can use.
I recommend you plug it back in to your Mac, copy the data to your Mac and format the drive again but format it as FAT32.

Hi Solomon,
Could you check if the drive is visible in Disk Management? It may appear but with a file format for a Mac, which will require reformatting in order to use it on a Windows PC. Keep in mind that formatting the drive will erase all the data, so before doing it, please backup all important data.
If you plan to use the drive on a Mac and on a PC, the best solution is to create two partitions with different file formats.
