Hello,
Try this 1
If your DVD-Drive is having an issue in reading the CD\DVD then
1) Click on the below link and follow the instructions
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2970908/how-to-use-microsoft-easy-fix-solutions
2) If the problem still exists then try cleaning the drive lens. Click on the
below link and follow the instructions.

3) Update the firmware.
