if you have an legal copy of windows it needs to be activated. Otherwise, Windows will shut down without warning.

but my windows is a crack..is it o.k if i disable it..because it will pop up in the screen telling me to activate my windows..but i already updated my windows 7 to the latest version..until it became to the point that the windows telling me to upgrade to windows 10.
