Have user ID and Pass but couldnt sign in

Hello,
i have the user id and password my last log in was, its been over a year i think now i am trying to log in its asking for confirmation and they are sending confirmation code through recovery mail and i dont know recovery mail can u please suggest me what can do for this issue
