Blocked password and cant factory reset

Hello,
my clone iphone 6 suddenly cant open,when i enter my password it didt accept it and the phone didt pop up any limitation for a more password,basically i can enter 9999 number..i try to using factory reset and didt have any result,the screen just turn white..can anyone help me

Well, take your clone back to were you bought it, and ask them for support!
