I cant access my account because of verification problem

I know my yahoo ID and my password, It is working fine but I cant access my account ***@*** because of the verification on it. The two numbers on the verification is no longer valid as I'm not in my country of birth and the alternate email address is no longer valid. So I want to know how the verification numbers or alternative emails can be changed for me so that I can have access to my accounts. I have a lot of documents I want to retrieve please
