Icon does not show on home page

Hello,
regarding PIXresizer, am enrolled, but completing the form did not give me the icon needed to get into the program. Have asked ccm, but their people refuse to answer why icon does not show and to contact windows. Can you help? respond to my email

I suggest you download from a different server and re-install.

CCM has no "people". It is a mutual self help forum that also offers access to free downloads.

Received your response in my email, regarding no icon showing on my home page, and to go to a different browser and reinstall. Thank you., for getting the help I needed to be able to use the service. I did as you said, went to explorer, and followed directions. Icon appears now, and now I can get into he program. Very helpful to a non-techie like me.
