Hi Damien2011,
You should return this item to the place where you bought it and ask them to remove the sign - in data. They should not sell you a machine with someone elses user profile on it.
CCM cannot help with the removal of passwords as we dont know it is really your machine. I'm not doubting you bought it legitimately, but we have no way of knowing, so we cant help with this.

Perhaps you can restore it to the factory condition.
Rent-a-center should have done this before they sold it to you.
I can't give you the restore instructions because they differ by manufacturer and you did not give us that data.
Good Luck

I totally agree with u. The whole purpose i bought it is to get some work done for tomorrows presentation. I have all the documents of the purchase from this rental place...is there any other way to bypass and use another user?

Greetings,
We are terribly sorry but CCM cannot help you to recover your lost password, because you can’t prove that you are the legitimate owner. . Everyday computers are stolen, although you may be honest, we do not wish to help potential criminals.
The reasons are explained in this link:

Best regards
