Hello,
Try this 1
1) Connect your laptop to an external monitor to your laptop and check the
display. Just look for the VGA connector (there will be a monitor symbol) in
your laptop and connect it to the external monitor then switch ON your
laptop.
Note: If you failed to get the display on the external monitor, then use the
proper combination keys (like Fn+F5/ the function key that has the monitor
symbol on it) to toggle between your laptop screen and the external
monitor.
2) If you able to get a proper display then a laptop's screen replacement
might be required. Approach to your nearest service center and let them
have a look at your issue.
