Did you try to revert to a check point prior to the problem?
Did you attempt a Windows Repair after booting from the Windows DVD?

Please try to restore your computer on the back date. when it was working fine. but if it is still not working then you may go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/305671 and check the solution.
