Hello Bitul,
What type of format has been given to the SD card? What software did you format your card with?
If you have the option, I would suggest that you use Linux Live CD/USB to access the SD. You should change the boot priority in the BIOS Storage menu and when inserted the CD or the USB flash drive it will ask you if you would like to install the Linux but you don't want that. Just click on the option to enter without installation. There you must find your SD card by clicking on Drives.
