Hi Ali,
Did you set the write protection or it just suddenly appeared? I recommend you to check the pendrive on another PC. I would use the diskpart command from the Command Prompt. It should look like this:
Diskpart
List disk
Select disk n (where n is the pendrive’s drive letter)
Attributes Disk Clear Readonly
Check the pendrive.
