Hi Arun,
Have you checked if the pen drive is visible and correctly recognized in Disk Management? Check if it has drive letter and correct file format. Is formatting the drive an option? I strongly recommend you to check the drive on another PC and, if possible, on another device in order to confirm where the issue is coming from.
