GTA 4 is running slow

Hello,
I installed GTA 4 on my PC. After it was too slow, I minimised the graphics quality in each option possible. The speed improved, yet unfit to play. These are my PC specs: Windows 7 Ultimate 32 Bit, 1 TB Hard Disk, 4GB RAM, Processor i3, 3.20 GHz, 2GB Nvidia graphics card. Please help. Thank You.

Hi

You need at least:

NVIDIA GEFORCE 8800GT 512Mb or ATI Radeon HD 3650 512Mb
2
