My pc takes long time to start up & shut down after w10 update

Hello,
i have a problem while I switch on my pc it takes long time for start up. And when I wants to shut down it takes too long time. this problem was started when I was update my pc from w7 to w10. plz help ?? it takes 3minutes for start up!! & 5 or more minutes to shut down.
Now I m using windows 10. 64bit

Hello

There are four things you should do:

1. Download and install CCleaner:

https://ccm.net/downloads/security-and-maintenance/4555-ccleaner/

2. Run the tool to delete temp files

3. Run CCleaners Registry cleaner

4. Download, install and run Defraggler to de fragment your hard disk
