Hello,what if my both shift keys doesn't work a all..i tried so many ways but yet still remain same..when i press shift key it doesn't show the symbol but it come out with the number seemed like the button shift not functional...please,help me

I suggest you test using an external USB keyboard. If successful then you need to replace the internal keyboard.
