SD CARD is not detected

Hello, my problem is that whenever i connect my sd card with my laptop , my laptop does not show it even my disk manager got hang and if i am using cmd then diskpart just stuk if i use list disk command ....when i remove my sd card every thing run fines agian! please help me to get its solution..!

If you look at anSd card you'll find a golden part try wiping it with a cloth
