Dell Inspiron 13z press Start power

Hello,

My laptop not starting up. The problem is when I press power button it came up but within 6-7 seconds swtiched off. It has been like this for past two days. Please help

Seems like over heating!
Did you hear any beeps during startup and did you check out with external monitor?

Thank you for your quick response. There was no beeps during startup and I can't connect to external monitor since it not even booting to bios.

Did you hear the sound of your cpu fan is running? LED glows?

yes i can hear the fan running and led glows but all went off immediately within 6-7 seconds

Switch off the laptop if it is on.
Remove the power cable if connected.
Remove battery.
Press power button for 30 sec
Do not plug the battery but plug the power cable.
switch on the laptop.

P.S. How long you use this laptop?
