Unable to reset password

Hello
Sir i am unable to reset my password when i try to reset it there is no option for reset my password is there any other way to verify my account and get back access to my account with new password ?

When i enter my mobile number it goes on another page same issue it redirect me to
"Try to get access to your email account page "
