PC. Starting problem.

Hello guys i am new here.
I have a Pentium 4 Computer.
Uptill yesterday it was working good but today when i pressed the starting button as usual the default window xp screen appeared.
Under the window xp logo the block moves in a box which everybody see when they on the computer having win xp, however , when the box moves 3 times it refreshes and the xp window screen comes again it repeats and it doesn't proceeds forward.
Please help me.

Did you recently installed any new hard ware or software or Updates?...

No the PC was working smoothly yesterday.

Enter into safe mode by pressing F8 at startup of your pc.

Buddy! I did it for 4 times but when i press operating with Microsoft window xp proffesional .
The window Xp screen comes again and after few seconds it reboots and repeats.

It shows your windows is crashed. you need to reinstall windows.
In mean time did you check whether your cpu is hot?
