Windows 7 ultimate black screen

I used AVG sys32/virut removal then I downloaded windows KB890830-V5-31 and last night I reused AVG malware removal again when I tried to use says restart your computer when I restart show me scanning but since then there is black screen, please help me what to do?

Try to restart your machine in safe mode with networking.
