my desktop will not go online it just keeps saying it can't that it has failed was working fine out of the blue pow no connection yours truly

More information is need: like PC make and model, Windows version, problem history etc.

Windows 10 no problem history just had it for 2 years now and my desktop suddenly just said no internet connection detected I have it wired to my router I tried swapping Ethernet cables and nothing
