Problems with outgoing server sending email (gmail-outlook 2007)

Hello,
i have problems to send email (gmail)/outgoing server
IMAP
outgoing serv setting
smtp.gmail.com
SSL
465
req sign in
user name
password
ENTER
and show me: UNABLE TO SET UP ACCOUNT> AUTHENTICATION FAILED

Could some one help me, to resolve this?

Start Outlook.
On the Tools menu, click Account Settings.
Click to select the target account, and then click Change.
Click More Settings.
Click the Advanced tab.
