Need to get my password

I have a gmail account which comes up when I click the icon it was set some years ago never had to use the password but I would like to be able to check it from other locations so I need my password I can answer security questions if any and don't know if they entered a phone when set up just need a little my gmail is ***@***

I was in the same predicament. when I didn't know the password, I attempted to gain access on the web. When I did, it asked me if my phone number was *************. When i said yes, it then prompted me if I wanted a text verification for account unlock. I had no issues resetting the password.
