Gateway desktop wont boot up

I have a gatway desktop. When i turn it on the power light comes on. The fan spins. But thats where it ends. It does not boot up pass that. The keyboard and mouse dont come on. Nothing comes up on the screen. It was working fine a day ago. Ive tried eveything i can think of. Any suggestions would be very helpful.
