have acer aspire one zg5 when start screen comes up woith no bootable device insert disk and press any key

This indicates that you hard disk needs to be replaced.

OK, if you have not changed the bios, then your hard drive has failed. It is possible, your bios has been changed, and the boot order is mangled. If I am speaking a foreign language right now, then you need a qualified technician.
