My laptop was running great after i got rid of windows 10 and went back windows 8.1 one day randomly it started taking forever to just go to the lock screen I turned it off and back on and put the battary charger in which seemed to make it go to the lock screen faster. When I got to the desktop svreen the battary was full to begin with. I cant just simply take my battary out since this model has it inside it with no way of getting it out unless u take it apart and I don't want to do that because I'm not sure I can put it back together. Any easier solutions?
I am curious, how would gaining access to the battery make you machine boot faster? try some standard disk clean tools in admin tools, stuff like defrag, deleting temp files and such. start with the simple stuff.
