No audio device is installed Windows 7 (USB-Audio card)

Hello, im having problem with my sound on windows 7. My Toshiba laptop's audiocard(Conexant CX20671) is not working, so i bought a Deltaco USB-audio card, but Windows is still saying that "No audio device is installed". I have been trying enabling/disenabling between Conexant and USB-audiocards but nothing is working. Is there any solution to my problem?

You probably omitted installing the driver.

Windows says all my drivers are all up to date, so that can't be the problem.

You must install the driver for the Deltaco USB-audio card,

I can´t find any drivers from Deltaco, and my C-Media USB Audio headphone set driver is OK.
