Recover data from HD

I have a portable hard disk that have all my files picture and everything it works just fine on my Mac but when I wanted to copy some files from my windo it didn't show so I searched the Internet and find an artical and have way in the process everything deseperd and I'm sure that I didn't press okay on anything that delete my files , So I really need those files is there a way to recover them ??

Hi

You can't switch from an IOS operating system to Windows. They are incompatible, recover your files with your Mac.

Sorry, but I did not read your original message correctly.

What I meant is that you cannot use the same HD on a MAC and Windows. Once you have connected to a MAC it's as if your HD was formatted fot IOS only and it will not be able to be read by Windows.
