Hello,

I've had this trouble for a few days, my laptop works on any one elses WiFi other than my own. Also all other devices work on my router other than my laptop which is quite important that it does. I select the WiFi enter the password and it says verifying and connecting. After this it says unable to connect to this network.

I have tried uninstalling my WiFi driver, turning the driver on and off again but still nothing has worked currently.

Thank You very much.

OK, so there are a number of things that will cause this indication. The first one would be a wrong password. You didn't mention what Operating system, but some operating systems will not allow you to connect without setting a network location. Also, what band is the router? What band of service does your client support? In other words, if your router is broadcasting N band, but your PC only goes G, that is the problem. I suggest you contact your ISP! Have FUN!

I'm running Windows 10, all had been working fine until about two weeks ago. I'm using bt.
