Hello,

I am a court reporter attempting to use Bluetooth to connect my court reporting machine and my laptop to communicate wirelessly, but I am only getting a icon that says blue port is not connected. What could he issue be?

Take the hardware to your IT technician. If you don't have one because you are a contractor, then you need to find one. It is the cost of doing business. Save your invoices for tax time!
