Whoever can help!

I plugged my external drive into my friend's Xbox 1 but when I later tried to plug it in to my PC it wouldn't recognize the external drive anymore. I can't access any of my files (which I would really like to recover). I bought another external drive with the hopes of backing everything up onto it.
Is there a way that I can either fix the "broken" external drive so my PC can start reading it again (without losing any of my current data on it) or back everything up onto my new external drive?

Please let me know!

Perhaps this information will help:

It appears your drive was formatted by the Xbox.

Good Luck
