Stops working error

Hello,
i m from solapur. i m geting windows has stopped working error for acrobat reader, windows explorer, mic. office 10, winrar. i also unable sometimes for installing and uninstalling softwares. pl. give me the right suggestion for this error message. i already tried format pc but it doesn't work
