Can't change my settings in gmail

Hello,
Please could someone help me, I have tried everything.

I can't seem to change my settings in Gmail.
The only options I have are signature and vacation responder. How can I get to all settings and change them?
Also how can I ensure that my mail is not being forwarded to another email address as I have no idea what pop and imap mean

Hi,

Is your Gmail being used on another device or being synced with one?
