Hi there Ahmed.
Have you tried formatting it and failed or you just want instructions on how to format the memory card? If you've tried already and were unable to format it for some reason, would you please let me know what was the error you got or at least what happened?
However if you just want instructions on how to format a memory card, here's how to do it: https://ccm.net/faq/8342-format-an-usb-flash-drive-in-ntfs It really doesn't matter that it says flash drive as the process is basically the same.
