Missing icons from tray at bottom of screen

Hello,
i am missing icons from the tray at the bottom of my screen. i am running indows xp home edition, ie 8

Hi,
do you still have the programs installed on you computer if you do try re-installing them if the don't work or do not appear on your computer running in safe mode (with networking) and try and see if they work then? for further assistance tell me!
