Pendrive is not opening in my lap

Hello,

whenever i plug my pendrive it shows but its not opening and i can't able to put or view files which i want.its shows the location as C./windows 8/rundll32

Attrib -h -r -s /s /d

Sorry but it is damaged and it can't be repaired.
