Adobe flash will not download tried numerous times windows 7

Hello,

I have tried it goes to just the initializing bar never completes,never gives the next box asking if you want to save or run or open etc. very frustrating . It does show in my programs ? So I unistalled there tried installing again but it doesn't install but shows installed in programs but really isn't,? since things that require it say I need to install it to view videos etc. Any clue where to start on this please?

I have tried to download from adobe website itself itself to my pc computer. I get the first step initializing bar and that's al never gets to step 2 or 3 ? I never even get a pop up asking to save it somewhere,run etc. U have tried numerous times. The odd thing is it shows in the control panel in programs it is there but when I try to run it it cmy pc claims I need to download it since I don't? I then uninstall and try again same issue again.

Thank you for a different link same problem will not get past "initializing" phase.
