Hi Jeff and welcome to CCM,
If you want to transfer files from and to your Android phone, connect your phone to your PC via USB cable. A message may appear on your phone screen, select something like USB storage. No additional software should be required. Your phone must appear as an additional hard drive My Computer. Tell me if there is any progress!
