I bought a used scanner and uploaded the drivers, from the manufacturer's site. I rebooted my computer, and now it is stuck on the Dell logo page. I have disconnected everything, and I have tried rebooted a few time, but nothing works. Can anyone help with ideas? Thank you. Andy

Hi Andy,
Is it possible to enter BIOS? Are you using a Dell laptop? Try booting from a Windows installation drive in order to see if you can go past the logo screen. I would restore BIOS to its defaults, but it will be hard to do it if you are not able to enter BIOS. You may do it by removing the CMOS battery for a few seconds, but if you are using a laptop that may be difficult. Check the PC manual if it is possible to reach the CMOS battery. I would contact the manufacturer support and ask for some product specific resetting steps.
Hope this helps
