Sd card not accessible in PC

i have used my sd card in WIFI device (as card reader), from that movement my sd card not working in PC. when i plug it in PC, a msg for format comes to screen. earlier to that it was working in pc. But when i use this sd card in my mobile, it is showing all files in it but not accessible in mobile gallery. please guide me???

Hello

That because when you used it in Wifi, the os configuration changed. You must continue to use it in wifi or format it for pc.
