Hey there, khokan.
Do you need any data from that flash drive or you just want to try and make it work again?
If you don't need any data recovered from it, you could try reformatting it via a different computer, to see if the issue still persists. Another option would be to try out this tutorial: https://ccm.net/faq/33935-how-to-format-a-write-protected-usb-flash-disk
If that doesn't prove useful, you could check the flash drive manufacturer's website for a formatting tool and use it to see if it fixes things up.
